The "Valid Eagle" security hologram label is a four channel Dot Matrix stock hologram image. The surface channel is a rainbow of colors with spiraling kinetic movement which changes into the second and third channels. The second and third channels have multiple colors with a gradient eagle that changes to the word VALID. The background channel consists of the repeating security text "OFFICIAL VITAL RECORD".
