These holographic ID overlays can be used for company identification cards, employee badges, or any other cards that may be subject to tampering and/or forgery. The material used is clear. The hologram (shown as graphic representations above) will be more or less visible depending on the angle the ID hologram is viewed at.
Please be aware that because these are stock holograms, they are available to anyone who wishes to purchase them. This means that they, along with any stock hologram, are not as secure as a custom hologram. We can however add custom features to any of our stock ID overlays to completely customize for your project. Please enquire via phone or email for more details.

Holographic ID Overlays
ID and bank cards have long been a target for criminals as they represent an opportunity for thieves to gain an access to money and goods.
In order to try and prevent opportunities to criminals we have issued Security ID overlays and registered holograms for a number of years
which try to ensure that the possibility of abuse and theft is minimized. Such cards themselves have therefore become a target for
counterfeiters as they try to gain unauthorized access to stolen cards.

Using a clear ID overlay (film laminate) on a digitally printed ID card protects the inks from excessive abrasion and wear, which extends the card life. The overlays presented here are "peel and stick" or pressure sensitive transparent labels which are manually affixed after the ID card is printed. The size of the overlay is slightly smaller than a standard CR-80.
HSCI’s overlays material is 2 mil or 50 microns think HRI (Clear High Resolution Index film) tamper evident / tamper proof material with permanent adhesive.
We also offer added thickness for a more rigid overlay if added thickness is required.

Adding a hologram to the clear ID overlay will enhance the security of your ID cards. Clear ID overlays prevent alterations to the ID card information and combats copying or duplicating the ID card.
