HSC Ultra Clear ID Overlays
Size 2.0625” x 3.3125” with tab side of 0.25” w/ 1/8th radius. (CR79)
Available in single sheets with a convenient tab for easy application. This ID overlay construction is 5 mils thick. The ID overlays are construction on clear transparent HRI (High Resolution Index Film) clear lamination on a ultra clear adhesive.
Our ultra clear construction is designed so that when it is placed over your badge or ID the label is clear. At one viewing the hologram is active and when angled it disappears not interfering with the view of any image or text behind it.
Our Ultra Clear stock ID overlays are available in 7 images with a 5 mil construction. We can add thicker lamination if you require a label with more body or to be rigid up to 10 mils thick. Contact us with your size and construction needs and we can create a custom ID overlay for you.
We have many added security features we can include in our holographic overlay images to create a custom overlay for you. We can add simple holographic Drop-In , sequential numbering, black light readable inks or print in register up to 5 PMS colors in perfect register to the hologram. Black light readable ink is generally a more viable approach since you will not see through a PMS color.
HSC has several other sizes and constructions available. You can use our dies at no charge for a custom run. We have standard CR80 size available single sheets with a split in the back side of the adhesive liner for easy application. This style is available with any material construction for a minimum order of 1000. Please inquire direct to find out your size, style and construction options.
We also have your standard business card size 2” x 3.50” available to use at no charge for a custom run of 1000 or more.

HSC ID Overlays are constructed on transparent HRI (High Resolution Index Film) 2 mil tamper evident with a circle release pattern on a special emulsion acrylic permanent adhesive with a 40# paper liner.
These labels are single sheeted for individual applications. We can increase the thickness of these overlays by adding lamination. This is a cost efficient upgrade to your ID Overlay. By adding thickness, you create more body and rigidity to the label.
Some applications have a thin card and would prefer a thicker ID Overlay to add body and stability to the final product. We can make these up to 10 mil thick. Please contact us and we will create a custom quote for your needs within 24 hours.
