Our stock products are to be free of defects in material and workmanship, otherwise sold as is.
Customer is responsible to request samples and perform all testing to ensure the labels are a good match for their application. We encourage this practice due to the diverse application of our labels to our customers products. Free samples are available upon request for these purposes.
Product that is suspect to be defective is to be reviewed by HSC and is at HSC's discretion to replace defective product or issue a refund. Return shipping is customers responsibility. Any incurred taxes or customs fees will not be refunded under any condition.
In the event we make an error on your order, we will provide a free replacement product or issue a refund to correct our mistake. Our maximum liability for defective product or order errors is to provide free replacement product or refund. HSC does not accept claims for any consequential damages or liabilities.
