Holographic Security Concepts, Inc. evolved from Holographic
Label Converting, which was founded in 1990. HSC is now owned
and operated by Sonia Burman who purchased the assets and
patents to the in-line process of holography in February of 2008.
The company began business by converting holographic labels
for other commercial and security holographic companies. In
1995, it began producing 2D, 2D/3D, and 3D holograms. To
streamline the production process the purchase of a step and
repeat machine was made in 1999, becoming a fully integrated
hologram label manufacturer.
