Hologram Mastering

2D, 2D / 3D, and 3D hologram mastering is performed in-house. Because pre-production set-up charges have traditionally been a significant cost barrier to custom holograms, we save you a substantial amount of money (as well as lead time) by bringing the technology in-house. We also provide mastering services for other holographic suppliers.

2D / 3D Holograms

2D / 3D holograms are created from flat artwork. Surface and background images are etched on different planes, resulting in a 3D effect. With this method, virtually any existing design or logo can be made into a 2D / 3D hologram with depth and parallax. We can work with you to either create original art, or to break your existing art into color separations and layers.

3D Holograms

The 3D hologram is created from a highly-detailed solid model, resulting in a 3D hologram image that the viewer can literally "look" around, and in some cases, behind. When using three dimensional models, please remember that it must be 1:1 with the desired finished size.

Micro-Embossing

Micro-embossing is the process of duplicating the actual hologram image. Few companies can match our pioneering R&D and years of experience in this technology.

Our art department is equipped to handle your company's existing artwork, or we can work with you to create a hologram piece that is entirely new and original.

Overprinting Labels

Overprinting allows you to add promotional or other information to your hologram label. HSC offers 3 colors flexographic printing in register to 2D, 2D / 3D, and 3D holograms. Specialty security inks are also available.

Die-cutting brings your hologram label to the finished size.
